Welcome to Sailing In Dublin Club!

Start of Season :

We hope to kick off the sailing season on April 16th with a dinghy sailing session. As it is the first dinghy session of the year there will be a short maintenance/cleanup before sailing. Arrive at 10AM for tidy up, then lunch break and sail in the afternoon. Contact Cearbhall if you will be attending. Evening sessions will be starting from May.

The Ruffian is undergoing maintenance before being put into the water. Volunteers required to help out. Please contact Damien.

A new Member Pages section has been added so please visit!

The members pages can be accessed from the main page www.sidclub.tk under the option "Member pages" on the left. You will then be prompted a user name and password. On this page you can view other members contact details. Follow the link to other pages for general and safety information about the club. The normal communication method is by email using the clubs yahoo group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/sidclub. If you are not already a member of our yahoo group please follow the instructions under General information to join the group This group is a moderated group i.e. only members can join and only members can view the mails. Once you are a member you will receive regular and irregular mail from other members and you can send a mail to all members using a single email address.

After the success of the SID visit to Glenans Collanmore on Paddy weekend would members be interested in a visit to Glenans Baltimore on the June bank Holiday weekend? If so, it needs to be booked very soon! Book directly with the Glenans Office 01 661 1481 (and be sure to mention SID!) or contact Damien for more information.
